Campus / Dormitories

rectDormitories

Prepare your child in advance. Tell him:

  • To send in a dorm reservation as soon as the Admission Application gets accepted.
  • That living in a dorm is the easiest way to make friends and feel connected to the school.
  • Kids who live in dorms make higher grades.
  • Brothers and sisters fight. Roommates fight too; do not let a misunderstanding bring him home.
  • Each dorm has a dorm in-charge and that following rules are necessary.
  • Dorm buddies are like a team and you do not let your team down. Ever
  • Golden words – please, thank you, I’m sorry – work wonders with roommates
  • Be vigilant. There is no one to replace the lost tie or sock
  • His space is everyone’s space. Learn to share
  • Eat well. There’s no such thing as midnight snacks.
  • Studying and praying are the daily must-do activities.
  • Lastly, each dorm has a playground. Sweat it out.

rectSt. Peter’s has seven dormitories:

Taking you back to Colonial Times, Rhodesia was the first dormitory to be built along with the original School structure.

Expanding its wings and achieving academic success through the years, Jubilee Hall commemorates the Diamond Jubilee of the school in 1964.

Bason Hall

Every school has its heroes. O.D Bason, is one of the most respected Principals of St. Peter’s School, directing the school institution from 1947 – 1974. Bason Hall is named in remembrance of those glory days.

Albert House

These dorms were initially a part of Charbangla : Flora House, Mary Cottage, Albert House and Yellow Rose. Flora House is now a dormitory by itself. To provide better facilities and more space, Yellow Rose and Albert House were combined.
